What is the story about?
The
second trailer of Euphoria Season 3 gives viewers a much clearer look at what's ahead for the HBO series created by Sam Levinson. It's been four years since fans have seen Rue, Cassie, Nate, Jules and more in the second season that concluded in February 2022. Season 3 returns a time jump that takes the Euphoria characters out of high school and into the real world. The main cast includes Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Eric Dane, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, Martha Kelly, Chloe Cherry, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, and Toby Wallace. Rue, Cassie, Maddie, Nate, Jules are back in Euphoria Season 3
The trailer was shared online by HBO and it opens with Rue (Zendaya) being interrogated by Drug Enforcement Administration agents about her recent trip to Mexico. The young woman pretends to never have visited the place. But by the end of the trailer, it's quite clear that Rue is in over her head and her life might be in danger.

She has more reunions with her high school friends including Maddie (Alexa Demie) and Lexi (Maude Apatow). Maddie and Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) have a surprising reunion much to the astonishment of Cassie's husband Nate (Jacob Elordi) who was Maddie's former boyfriend. The trailer also drops a glimpse at Cal Jacobs, played by the late Eric Dane. Euphoria will be one of his last series after his death last month of ALS. The series is expected to conclude with the third season, though it has not been made official yet.
