Stranger Things Season 5. In a preview clip from his interview with Jack Saunders, Joe addressed the 'Conformity Gate' theory and dismissed claims that the series' happy ending was Vecna's illusion.
Joe also rejected alleged clues like missing logos and background '9's, which many believed hinted at an unreleased episode 9. Joe said due to such intense scrutiny, he discussed it with co-star Charlie Heaton (Jonathan Byers) and confirmed it wasn't true. He also joked that the show's budget woes might revive the story someday.

"I did, yes. I talked about it with Charlie. It's not true. I think it's so interesting, though. I think some people are sad to see it go. But yeah, unfortunately, I'm here to absolutely squash your dreams. There's no ninth episode," Joe said.
