Bigg Boss 19: Malti And Tanya’s ‘Wool War’ Over Amaal’s Sweater, BUT Zeishan Quadri Spills The Thread

Season 19 of the popular reality show is seeing the housemates clearly divided into two camps - Amaal Mallik's gang and that of GK aka Gaurav Khanna. While the larger muddas remain unsorted and get more tied up over the weeks, a subplot seems to be playing out where both Malti Chahar and Tanya Mittal keep on vying for Amaal Mallik’s attention – or perhaps his sweater. But turns out the entire situation has gotten tied up in a knot – courtesy ex-contestant Zeishan Quadri.It has been days since there has been a cold war brewing between Malti and Tanya over who gets to wear Amaal’s sweater/ hoodies et al. the show from Day 1, Tanya had settled into a well-worn routine of asking Amaal for his woollens to fight against the cold inside the Bigg Boss house (sarcasm noted). However, as soon as wildcard Malti came into the picture, things took a turn for the worse for Tanya, who was soon side-lined from Amaal’s gang – and has since then been cosying up to the Sonakshi Sinha-proclaimed BB19 pishachini – Farhana Bhat. Meanwhile, it has been Malti who has been warming herself in Amaal’s mittens (figuratively speaking of course).

Tanya has been pretty vocal – on the sidelines – of Malti trying to warming up to Amaal through his sweater.As per latest promos of Bigg Boss 19 the ‘wool war’ between Tanya and Malti has taken a new turn: "Amaal ka sweater bann gaya hai centre of attraction, jiske kaaran chhid gayi hai Malti aur Tanya ke beech ek friendly competition!" But wait! The Gangs of Wasseypur writer shared that the gray sweater that the two contestants are fighting over does not even belong to Amaal, but rather is a part of his wardrobe!

"Aare woh mera sweater hai @itanyamittal @ChaharMalti 🤣 Wapas kardo please😝," shared Zeishan, along with a video, where he can be seen wearing the sweater during his stint inside the house. "Mera sweater, aur dono ladkiya ye soch ke pehen rahi hai ke woh Amaal ka hai?," he questioned, adding, "Bhai mein Shehbaaz ka qasam kha ke keh raha hoon, woh mera hai. Gharwalon, ye kya kar rahe ho. Tanya, kya kar rahi ho tum, woh Amaal ka nahin hai. Malti mera sweater mujhe lauta do. Dilli mein bohut thand par rahi hai, mereko Dilli jaana hai yaar."While whether the sweater is really a part of Zeishan’s wardrobe remains to be verified, it seems the writer and ex-Bigg Boss contestant has really laid the thread bare in this situations. And if nothing else, has frayed the threads of this ‘wool-war’ between Tanya Mittal and Malti Chahar inside the Bigg Boss 19 house.
