As part of the celebrations for BTS 2026 FESTA, one of the most talked about releases was the Normal Log, which contained seven individual videos of the septet. The series saw RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook taking out a piece of 6 minutes and 13 seconds from their off day amidst the ongoing ARIRANG World Tour and doing their own personal thing infront of the ARMYs. It was the exact time for the upcoming 13th anniversary of BTS on 13/06 (June 13). FESTA usually is filled with family photos, special songs, and anniversary content, but Normal Log was different. It gave fans something they haven’t seen during the military era - a BTS that is just being themselves. The videos had a casual documentary style concept, focusing not on clean
performances but on mundane moments. Normal Log didn't portray the members as global superstars but as seven friends reuniting after a long time apart.
What is BTS Normal Log?
Normal Log series was designed to be a video diary. The idea is to catch everyday life, conversations and behind the scenes moments that fans wouldn't see in official music promotions.
FESTA 2026 videos were laden with extra emotion because they were filmed after the members had completed their military service and reunited as a full group. It wasn’t about big productions, it was about realness. Fans were invited to watch the members interacting in a natural way, doing their daily routine work and joking around.
7 Best Moments of Normal Log
1. RM
The first in the series depicted the leader just beginning his day with a cup of coffee and a book, which he said he always reads soon after getting out of bed. His clip leans into his signature "
Namjooning" aesthetic. Despite his quiet moment in a sunlit balcony amidst nature, his choice of picking his "high prescription glasses" because he did not have his contact lens at that time stood out. At one moment, he looks so lost in his book that he doesn't notice his fingers struggling to grab the coffee mug, at one time almost dropping it!
2. J-Hope
Hobi takes fans through his washroom as he shares his morning skincare routine. He says his face has become rough, but the gentle way he treats his skin gives goals. One talking point is that he uses a paper towel instead of a normal towel to wipe his face. J-Hope picked a sweatshirt and shorts before heading out and took a mirror selfie for his custom OOTD look.
3. Suga
It’s no wild guess that Yoogi spends his day off with his guitar. A tranquil, music-centric log, he is seen sitting quietly in his studio space tuning and playing, providing a soft, melodic ambient soundtrack to his everyday life. The rapper shows off his new guitar that he bought from a Fender Custom Shop, which he says is a nod to Eric Clapton’s Blackie. He strums on his mini amp and even says that if it's not guitar, he watches something on streaming on those days.
4. Jin
While the band’s hyung shows off his workout routine, Jimin and Jungkook make a sly appearance as he hits the gym. In fact, when Jin is doing pull-ups, you can hear JK singing in the gym. The most memorable moment in Jin's Log is when he says, "People are supposed to get healthier when they rest, so why do we have to work out to get healthy?"
5. Jimin
Jimin is shown packing his stuff in a suitcase. He says that BTS has just finished the Tampa concerts and are now on their way to El Paso. His video is a simple struggle to get his things in place as he keeps cribbing about how his shirts will get wrinkled if he doesn’t fold them properly. He takes his supplements, and seemingly doesn't like the taste of Vitamin C.
6. V
Inside the gym, V is seen in a heavy working session in the company of J-Hope. He keeps instructing Hobi and also asks him to increase the weights as the two keep matching each other's dumbbell rounds.
7. Jungkook
Jungkook also hits the gym late at night. He says he works out mostly between 10 pm and 12 am. He does 10 exercises of a full-body workout, and reveals that he will be doing around 3 sets of each round, as he won’t be back to the gym for the next 2 days. He revealed he listens to ILLIT's Magnetic everytime he works out.The concept of the Normal Log, "Just Seven Regular Guys," peeled back the global superstar personas and focused on the unscripted, mundane and comforting moments of the members being normal people. Fans flooded social media to highlight the group’s sheer duality, from Jungkook’s intense physical workouts to Suga’s incredibly calm, rhythmic guitar tuning.
