They had confirmed their wedding plans during the audio launch of Yogi Da, Dhanshika’s upcoming film, where Vishal attended as the chief guest. However, Vishal later chose to postpone the wedding due to a deeply personal commitment.

Speaking to Puthiya Thalaimurai after the engagement, Vishal explained that completing the long-delayed Nadigar Sangam office was his top priority. Calling this his “last birthday as a bachelor,” he expressed gratitude as he officially got engaged to Dhanshika, jokingly referring to himself as a “chronic bachelor.” Pointing to the still-under-construction building, he said, “We wanted to marry on my birthday, but I told Dhanshika we should wait until the building is inaugurated, and she agreed.”Vishal also shared that the wedding planning is already in motion. “I’ve booked an auditorium for the wedding.
