AICWA demands justice for Madhan
AICWA penned a long note on X (formerly Twitter), in which they have attached the photos of the letter sent to CM Vijay after the tragic death of technician Madhan on the sets of Killer. In the note, they mentioned that while filming the explosion sequence, Madhan lost his life and other workers got injured. AICWA demanded an FIR under murder charges against the producers and Rs 1 crore in compensation for the deceased technician’s family and Rs 25 lakh in compensation for each injured worker. Apart from that, the AICWA has also asked Vijay to conduct a high-level independent investigation into the matter. They have asked the makers to disclose the actual number of casualties and injuries. The film workers’ wing has held the production houses and producers responsible for the death of Madhan. They have requested Vijay impose strict film set safety regulations to protect workers across India. It has to be noted that AICWA president Suresh Shyamlal Gupta has also shared a video on X in which he mentioned that many workers don’t speak about the incident publicly due to fear of losing their jobs as they are said to be threatened by their seniors.AICWA Demands Justice for Technician MadhanA 26-year-old technician, Madhan, lost his
