The actress-politician met Vijay at his office, and pictures from the meeting were shared by Khushboo Sundar on social media along with a heartfelt note, in which she addressed him as her brother. In her post, she called the interaction as a memorable moment and thanked him for the time and affection he gave despite his busy schedule.

Calling it a “truly special and memorable day,” Khushboo Sundar expressed her happiness over the interaction. She mentioned in her post that meeting the Chief Minister filled the family with pride and joy. Her note also read that the children were especially excited and couldn’t take their eyes off him. She thanked CM Vijay for welcoming them with affection, and a smile which they have always cherished.

Khushboo Sundar has been personally meeting several prominent leaders to invite them to her daughter’s wedding. She recently met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi as well, where she extended the invitation and received his blessings. She expressed gratitude for his time despite a busy schedule and called it a humbling moment.

Her husband Sundar C, a well-known filmmaker who has directed films such as Ullathai Allitha, Arunachalam, Unnai Thedi, Anbe Sivam, Winner, Giri, Kalakalappu, Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru. He recently entered electoral politics by contesting from the Madurai Central constituency in the state assembly elections.

Avantika Sundar is the daughter of actress and politician Khushboo Sundar and filmmaker Sundar C. The couple got married in 2000, after which Khushboo adopted the surname Sundar. They have two daughters, Avantika and Anandita. The names of their daughters also inspired their production house, Avni Cinemax. Avantika was born in the same year of their marriage and is currently 26 years old.
