Coinciding with Valentine's weekend,
O'Romeo was theatrically released on February 13. According to early estimates by
Sacnilk, the romantic thriller got a box office opening of Rs 8.25 crore. While the film has got a good start at the ticket window, it remains to be seen how it performs further.
Apart from Shahid and Triptii, the star cast of
O'Romeo includes Nana Patekar, Farida Jalal, Avinash Tiwary, Disha Patani, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vikrant Massey and others. Shahid essays the character of Ustara whereas Triptii essays the character of Afshan. As for Avinash, he is seen as Jalal and Tamannaah plays Rabia. Talking about Farida Jalal, she is Dadi while Nana Patekar portrays the character of Ismail. Disha, on the other hand, essays Julie's role and Vikrant plays Billu. He has a special appearance in the film.

O'Romeo was theatrically released, Mira Kapoor dedicated a special message for her 'romeo' Shahid. Taking to her official Instagram handle, the star wife penned, "My ROMEO When he asks “main hoon ki hoon nahi?”, remember, Tum Ho. Aur ho vahi.
