Manasi Joshi Roy sparks debate on TV actors vs film actors
During a candid chat with us, Manasi Joshi Roy was asked about her take on the perception of TV actors in the film industry. Reacting to the same, the actress said, “Stereotyping is very typical across our industry. I feel not only TV actors but also Hindi film actors get stereotyped at their work. This perception about TV celebs should definitely change. According to me, TV actors are the most highly skilled actors. They are literally honing their skill and craft every day by shooting for these daily soaps.”
“The kind of scenes we sometimes do in a day, film actors probably don't do in years in their careers. TV actors have to perform heavily emotional scenes without any preparations. They are always ready to face such challenges. I think most of us come through beautifully in these kinds of situations,” Manasi Joshi Roy added.
