Ahead of the big day, Jungkook is already making waves on the global stage with his thriving solo career. The Golden Maknae is set to shine once again, this time as the face of the international magazine Rolling Stone.
Jungkook to feature in Rolling Stone
Jungkook has signed a global exclusive with Rolling Stone, and his feature will appear across several international editions, including Japan, Korea, the UK, India, Brazil, the Philippines, France, and China. He will headline the magazine’s December issue, marking another major milestone in his journey as a solo artist.
Rolling Stone to cover Golden Maknae in 3 major variants
According to a report in Rolling Stone, the three special variant covers will be released in Japan, Korea, and the United Kingdom. The news immediately sent the ARMY into celebration. A teaser was also shared on social media, showing Jungkook in an oversized brown suit, confidently displaying his sculpted abs. Fans couldn’t get enough of his striking look and intense gaze. The full cover reveal is scheduled for December 8.

This global recognition is just one major event in what has already been a standout year for Jungkook. His 2023 solo hit Seven broke numerous streaming records, surpassing 2.5 billion streams on Spotify in August, as confirmed by BIGHIT MUSIC. The track also became the first K-pop song in history to reach this milestone, surpassing even BTS’s own Dynamite.
Jungkook to reunite with Jimin
But there’s more good news for fans, Jungkook is reuniting with fellow BTS member Jimin for Season 2 of their travel docuseries
Are You Sure?. The duo will explore picturesque locations in Switzerland and Vietnam, including Matterhorn, Poschiavo, Hoi An, and Da Nang, relying only on a guidebook and no entourage. The eight-episode series premieres December 3 on Disney+.
