Kamal Haasan can’t stop praising Thalapathy Vijay after the latter became the chief minister of Tamil Nadu. It has to be noted that the actor took retirement from acting to do politics. In his first attempt, the TVK chief won the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections 2026. His political party formed a government by winning the majority of the seats in TN. Coming back to Kamal Haasan, the Tamil superstar recently said that he is proud of Vijay for becoming the CM of the state. He also urged people not to see him only as a movie star.

Kamal Haasan, who is also a member of the Rajya Sabha, was spotted outside the airport. He was asked about Thalapathy Vijay by the media. Haasan is impressed by Vijay’s move after becoming the CM. While speaking about the new CM of TN, the Indian actor said, “Vijay should no longer be looked at as a cinema actor. He has other responsibilities. A chief minister could come from any walk of life.
