The film, a combined version of the original two-part epic produced by Arka Media Works, has a run time of 3 hours and 45 minutes. The film has undergone remastering to enhance theatrical viewing experience for audiences.Trade reports state that Baahubali: The Epic has raced ahead of the opening day collections of Thalapathy Vijay’s Ghilli which saw collections reported between Rs 7.9 and Rs 10 crore, as well as Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh and Mahesh Babu’s Khaleja. Bollywood actor, Harshvardhan Rane’s Sanam Teri Kasam continues to hold the biggest record for the highest numbers for a re-release, with over Rs 41 crore in total collections.
Baahubali: The Epic is re-released in more than 1,150 theatres globally. Distribution includes over 400 screens in the United States, 210 in the UK and Ireland, more than 150 in the UAE and GCC, 144 in Australia and New Zealand, and over 100 in Southeast Asia.Industry sources state that Baahubali’s massive international release has helped the film achieve big. Fans are now predicting that the film has the potential to even earn in Rs 100 crore at the box office.Baahubali: The Epic features Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Ramya Krishnan, Nasser and Sathyaraj in lead roles. The re-mastered version of the film hit theatres on October 31.
