Dacoit Actor Adivi Sesh Gets Special Birthday Message From Annapurna Studios: Some Men Are Born To Break Rules

Sesh has turned a year older on 17 December, and to mark this special occasion the makers of his upcoming film Dacoit have taken to social media to drop a new poster, along with special wishes. The film directed by Shaneil Deo is set to release on 19 March, and stars Mrunal Thakur alongside Adivi Sesh.

On their official X page, Annapurna Studios, the makers of Dacoit posted "Some men are born to follow rules. Some are born to break them, on and off the screen Wishing our #Dacoit, @AdiviSesh a very Happy Birthday #DacoitTeaser tomorrow Grand Launch Events in Hyderabad & Mumbai #DACOIT GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE ON MARCH 19th, 2026 in Hindi & Telugu."The poster featured an injured Adivi Sesh, handcuffed, smoking a cigarette while looking through a window.Also Read:Dhurandhar: Major Actor Adivi Sesh Calls Ranveer Singh Film 'Amazing Achievement'; Director Aditya Dhar REACTS A day ahead, the actor revealed that the the teaser of the film will release simultaneously in Hyderabad and Mumbai on December 18th, a date fondly called the “Day of Dacoit”. Sharing the news, the Major actor took to his X (formerly Twitter) account and wrote, “DECEMBER 18th is the Day Of #DacoitTeaser. Telugu Teaser Launch Event at AAA Cinemas, Hyderabad from 9.30 AM onwards on Dec 18th. Hindi Teaser Launch Event at Novotel Juhu, Mumbai from 6 PM onwards on Dec 18th.”

Speaking about the significance of the day to IANS, Adivi Sesh shared, “December 18 truly feels like the Day of Dacoit for me. This film has been a long, emotional journey, one that I’ve been deeply involved in from the very beginning. Launching the teaser in Mumbai and Hyderabad on the same day is hectic, but it reflects how strongly I feel about this project. Dacoit is not just an action film; it carries emotion, conflict, and a vision that I want audiences in both Hindi and Telugu to experience together.”

It’s produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, co-produced by Suniel Narang, and presented by Annapurna Studios. Telugu-language star Adivi Sesh co-wrote the script with the director.
