Cocktail 2 Trailer X review
On X (formerly Twitter), netizens largely seemed eager to see the new combination of actors for
Cocktail 2. While Shahid and Kriti are reuniting again after
Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya (2024), they are working with Rashmika again for the first time. This is also Rashmika's first film after
her wedding to Telugu star Vijay Deverakonda.
One netizen felt that
Cocktail 2 perfectly captured modern romance with all its beautiful chaos. While another felt none of the characters were completely sure of what they wanted, the film was leaning into that uncertainty beautifully. Yet another fan felt this was how you play with nostalgia but still give a new experience. Several hailed the return of the OG charbuster by Pritam titled
Tumhi Ho Bandhu. However, there were some who were uncertain about the upcoming rom-com, one netizen shared, "Decent trailer with brilliant music, locations, and drama, but the story is still doubtful." Fans of the first film might continue to compare it to the second.
