When Salman Khan gifted a watch to his dad Salim Khan
In an interview with Variety India, Salman revealed that the first expensive gift he ever bought was watch for his father. The actor recalled that he didn't have money for the watch, but he liked it for his dad. Back then, it cost him Rs 9 lakh. While he had four lakh, Salman took the rest amount as a loan.
Later, when the actor gifted it to his father, he told Salman, "You haven't even started working properly, and you started doing all these things. Do you think of yourself as some king?" Although Salim Khan wasn't in favour Salman gifting him a watch, he later called it a piece of jewellery.The actor further revealed that he stopped wearing watches for 26 to 28 years of his life. But even if he wears one now, the watches aren't always his, but belong to his friends. The actor further dismissed speculation of having a massive collection of watches and stated that he has only one.

Sikandar. Co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, the film failed to work at the box office. Next, the actor will feature in Apoorva Lakhia's
Maatrubhumi with Chitrangada Singh. The movie was earlier set to release in April, but it release has been postponed. The makers haven't officially announced a new release date yet. It was previously titled Battle of Galwan.
Besides this, Salman has
SVC63 with Nayanthara lined up. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, the film marks Khan's first collaboration with the Jawan actress.
