Tommy Shelby returns in Peaky Blinders The Immortal Man teaser
On social media, Netflix posed the question in their caption, "Whatever happened to Tommy Shelby? Cillian Murphy stars in Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. In select theaters March 6. On Netflix March 20." The lore of the famous, or rather infamous, gypsy gangster looms large even after his departure from Birmingham. So what will bring Tommy back to the city?

In the new teaser, Tommy Shelby answers the question of what happened to him by stating, "I'm not that man anymore." But his past does come calling back to him, no matter how much he hides. A female voice is heard telling him, "Tommy you've got to come back!" There's a quick glimpse of Barry Keoghan's new character, who is said to be the new leader of the next generation of Peaky Blinders. There are unverified rumours that this character could be Tommy's son. Sophie Rundle, Stephen Graham, Packy Lee, and Ian Peck return as Ada Thorne, Hayden Stagg, Johnny Dogs, and Curly, respectively.
