Shilpa Shinde talks about the harsh reality of TV industry
During a conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Shilpa Shinde expressed, "J
oh maine face kiya hai, woh mujhe pata hai aur wo change nahi bhi hoga kabhi, hume apni jagah banani padti hai aur uske liye mehnat karni padti hai, aur agar aap ne hardwork kiya hai toh aap ko milega, ye mera hard work hai. Aaj kal main dekhti hu artists bhi bohot pareshan karte hai, pehle jab newcomers hote hai toh sab cheeze accept kar lete hai aur jaise thode se popular ho jate hai wo apne rang dikhane lagte hai toh woh wrong hai.(Translation: What I’ve faced, I know that myself, and it may never really change. We have to carve our own place, and for that, we have to work hard. If you’ve put in the hard work, you will get results, this is the outcome of my hard work. These days, I also see that artists create a lot of problems. Earlier, when they are newcomers, they accept everything, but once they become a little popular, they start showing their true colours, and that is wrong)."
Shilpa Shinde pleads THIS to the TV actors
She further went on to urge the actors and artists to respect the producers of their shows, take their perspectives into consideration and then discuss about the requirements accordingly. On this, she said,
"Producer ke uppar channel hota hai, toh ek alag tareeke ka pressure hota hai producer ke uppar. Aur artists ke uppar producer ka pressure hota hai, aur fir uske baad agar wo artist fail jaaye toh har cheez manage karna bohot difficult hoti hai. Jaise ki hum chaar hi log hai lekin fir bhi ek ke liye rukna pade toh wo sabhi ko rukna padta hai… inme se agar ek bhi jan tantrum throw kare toh saari team kharab ho jayegi saara show kharab ho jayega. Producer ke bhi point of view se sochna chahiye ki aap galat karte ho, aur fir wahi hota hai hi sukhe ke saath gila bhi fasta hai, ki har ek ko ek hi tareeke se dekha jaata hai.(Translation: There is a channel above the producer, so there’s a different kind of pressure on the producer. And then the producer puts pressure on the artists. After that, if an artist fails, managing everything becomes very difficult. For example, even if there are just four of us, if we have to wait for one person, everyone has to wait. If even one person throws a tantrum, the entire team gets affected and the whole show can get ruined. One should also think from the producer’s point of view, that when someone acts wrongly, it ends up affecting everyone, and people start looking at everyone in the same way)."
