Before aespa releases its second full-length album, Lemonade, later this month, and embarks on a world tour, the band's two members, Karina and Ningning, made their individual Met Gala debut. While Karina's look was inspired by hanbok, Nangning chose a structured and intricate ensemble.
Ahn Hyo-Seop
Ahn Hyo-Seop attended as a Valentino representative. he even became the first Korean actor in 11 years to attend the Met Gala. Previous Korean actors at the Met Gala included Lee Byung-Hun and Kim Sung-Soo in 2013, followed by Rain in 2015. The 31-year-old star, who gained international recognition for voicing Jinu in the Oscar-winning Netflix animated feature KPop Demon Hunters (2025), captured attention at the grand event. He donned a sequined black and gold-patterned suit paired with a silk gold shirt, with a striking red scarf and gold-studded shoes.

Model-turned-actress Jung Ho-Yeon returned to the Met Gala 2026 after her debut in 2022.
