Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah. The actor was in the festival for an 'In Conversation' session, where he shared the stage with hugely popular celebrities, including Idris Elba, Anthony Hopkins, Nicholas Hoult, Riz Ahmed, Darren Aronofsky, and Edgar Ramirez.While at the event, Kartik shared a picture on Instagram, looking relaxed in a casual outfit and flashing his trademark mischievous smile. Depp, meanwhile, stayed true to his signature aesthetic that included a beanie, sunglasses, and a cigar in hand. Kartik captioned the post, “Pirates of the Red Sea JackSparrow x RoohBaba @johnnydepp.” Needless to say, fans began imagining Rooh Baba teaming up with Captain Jack Sparrow for the most unexpected—and hilarious—adventure ever.

The film will arrive in theatres on December 25.The talented actor also has Naagzilla in the pipeline, where he plays the whimsically named shape-shifting naag, Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand. The film, a Mrighdeep Singh Lamba directorial, that has been written by Gautam Mehra, is backed by Dharma Productions and Mahaveer Jain Films.Kartik Aaryan’s Rooh Baba is also set to return to the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise’s third chapter. Meanwhile, Johnny Depp, who first gained global recognition with Edward Scissorhands, remains synonymous with Captain Jack Sparrow from Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
