Shiva Rajkumar Reviews DhurandharAmid fandom debates over who nailed it in Dhurandhar (Rehman Baloch or Hamza Mazari), Shiva called the latter “brilliant.” He added that while Khanna had the artistic liberty to do what he wanted, Ranveer had to let another hero shine as he carried
out his secret mission in the background.“Akshaye Khanna, I liked, but Ranveer Singh I liked more. I think it was amazing,” said the South star.Rajkumar added, “So beautifully he has performed. The subtlety was beautiful, because his role demands that subtlety. Akshaye Khanna’s role is such that he can do whatever he wants. That liberty was there. But (what Ranveer did), it’s not very easy to do that. His subtlety is done brilliantly well.”Dhu-Ran-DharThe film, also starring Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan and Arjun Rampal in key roles, is minting moolah at the box office! It is expected to cross the Rs 800 crore mark soon, becoming only the second Hindi film to reach this landmark after Pushpa 2's Hindi dubbed version.According to trade experts, Dhurandhar has remained audiences’ top pick for the fifth straight week, despite new releases like Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu MeriTu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri and Ikkis. Calling moviegoers the real Dhurandhars, she wrote, "For a long time, there has been a narrative that audiences no longer have the patience for long-form storytelling, that attention spans have shortened, that cinema no longer finds its place. But you proved otherwise. You reminded everyone of the true strength of an audience and what happens when people come together to support something they genuinely believe in."Meanwhile, the film's sequel is set to release in theatres on March 19, 2026.
