Of course, I had Masti 4 coming up, thanks to Riteish (Deshmukh), and Tera Yaar Hoon Main is with newcomers. The turning point came when Sanam Teri Kasam, Harshvardhan’s earlier film, was re-released, and Milap happened to have a script ready.“When Sanam Teri Kasam re-released, I had the script and I always loved Harsh’s work. So, I messaged him. I honestly didn’t expect that he’d reply so quickly,” Milap shared. “The day I messaged, he replied, he met me and he said yes. It was magical," added the director. He also revealed how Sonam Bajwa came on board soon after. “At that time, Sonam was also available, and she was coming in two big franchise films - Housefull 5 and Baaghi 4. She’s a superstar in Punjab and a great actress. She perfectly suited the role of Adaa. We’re fortunate that she heard the narration and within a few days, she said yes," he said.
