Bollywood celebs mourn the veteran actor's demise
Apart from Kajol, other Bollywood celebrities such as Johnny Lever, Ashok Pandit, Ameesha Patel, Karan Johar, Madhur Bhandarkar and others have expressed their condolences for the actor's sudden demise.

New reports suggest that Satish Shah’s mortal remains will be kept for antim darshan at the Bandra house from 10 am to 11 am. His residential address is Gurukul - 14 Kalanagar, Bandra (East), near Matoshree, Mumbai. After that, his mortal remains will be taken to Pawan Hans crematorium located in Vile Parle West, Mumbai. He will be cremated at 12 pm. For the unversed, one of the prominent members in the Indian entertainment industry, Satish Shah passed away today, October 25, at the age of 74. The actor was best known for his comic roles in films including Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro (1983), Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi (1984), Sarabhai vs Sarabhai (2004), Main Hoon Na (2004), Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003), Fanaa (2006) and Om Shanti Om (2007). In 2015, he was also appointed as a member of the Film and Television Institute of India society. Ramesh Kadatala, who has been Shah's personal assistant for over 30 years, said the actor passed away at his residence in Bandra east in the afternoon. PTI quoted his manager as saying, "Actor Satish Shah, best known for 'Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro' and 'Sarabhai vs Sarabhai', has died." May his soul Rest In Peace!
