Untitled, got panned after viewers who watched it through livestreams or on television started criticising it. The K-pop idol's 15-minute act received complaints for alleged lack of live singing. Many even claimed it did not include enough choreography or any other "spectacle" to go along with it. Social media users expressed that the performance relied on AR with large sections left to the track and for live pitch.G-Dragon personally reacted to MAMA's post with a thumbs-down emoji on the official video of his performance.

G-Dragon's agency statement
On December 1, his agency Galaxy Corporation issued a statement on the matter, claiming G-Dragon altered the initial plan of his performance following the deadly fire incident in Hong Kong that broke out on November 26. The company explained that the original set included flashy choreography and satisfying onstage production, but the arrangements were toned down out of respect for the tragedy to keep things restrained. "Despite the short preparation time, he centered the performance on genuine sympathy for the victims and comfort for Hong Kong citizens," the agency stated, adding that the plan was changed to "suit the situation," and even emphasised that G-Dragon donated 1 million HKD to support recovery efforts.

Internet was however left fuming with the statement, with many social media users calling it insensitive. A user wrote, "I didn’t know before, but now I can see how insincere his live performance was." Another one wrote, "You can’t justify an AR-heavy stage under the excuse of delivering comfort." A post said Galaxy Corporation was "still in a stage where they need to learn more about management and the entertainment industry."Some fans who supported G-Dragons decision however called it well-thought-out decision. "Considering the situation, it makes sense," a post read. Another one said, "It was a performance focused on message, not spectacle.
