Sanjay Khan's wife, Zarine Khan, passed away on November 7, 2025. She breathed her last at the age of 81 after suffering a cardiac arrest. Her demise has left a huge void in the hearts of her family members

and friends. On November 16, Zarine's daughter, Farah Khan Ali, penned an emotional note remembering her. Taking to Instagram, Farah shared a series of pictures, featuring her late mother's good memories.

In her Instagram post, Farah shared a quote by Rumi which read: "I am not this hair, I am not this skin, I am the soul that lives within." She also revealed that her late mother's favourite song was 'Bésame Mucho'. "And now those lyrics hit differently. “Kiss me as if it were the last time.” If only I had known how close that last time was. When I look at these pictures of her, I see my whole world," she wrote.

Farah further penned, "The softness I ran to, the strength I leaned on, the love that never once wavered. She lived with a heart that loved endlessly, forgave easily, and embraced people the way that song embraced longing. I miss you every day, Mamma. And if love could bridge worlds, I’d kiss your hands, hug you tight, and tell you again and again how blessed I was to be yours.
