The news of Lee Moon-Soo's death has sent a wave of sadness across the Korean entertainment industry. The veteran actor, known for projects like Backstreet Rookie, Goblin, Hello Ghost, Signal, Ghost Doctor
and more, was 76. The news of his demise was revealed by Korean Actors Association. On November 29, Lim Dae-Il, chairman of the Korean Theatre Actors Association confirmed Lee's death through a statement. It read, "Lee Moon-soo was a veteran actor who valued sincerity as a performer over glamour. He was an actor who showcased his own profound acting, transcending generations and works."Lee died on November 28 at a hospital in Yangpyeong County, Gyeonggi Province. According to reports, the actor was battling lung cancer and had been undergoing treatment since 2022. His funeral will be held on December 1 at the Hanyang University Hospital Funeral Hall.According to Korea Joongang Daily, Lee is survived by wife, Yoon Se-Sook, a son Lee Ju-Mong and daughter-in-law, Lee Young-Hwa.
