Watch Taskaree: The Smugglers Web, teaser out 17 December, only on Netflix."The BTS video starts with an intimidating first look of the actor, who is taking up the role of an officer, leading the team to bring down a worldwide network of gold smuggling. Haq finally hit the big screens on November 7, 2025. Directed by Suparn S Varma, the legal drama is backed by Junglee Pictures in collaboration with Insomnia Films and Baweja Studios. The film was inspired by a landmark Supreme Court case that shaped India’s judicial conscience.
Haq also features Vartika Singh, Sheeba Chaddha, Danish Hussain, and Aseem Hattangady in key roles. It was cleared with zero cuts by the Central Board of Film Certification in India and censor boards in the UAE, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
