by the entire film industry. Back in 2023, when his son Sunny Deol’s film, Gadar 2, did phenomenal business at the box office, daughter Esha Deol organised a special screening for her friends. At that time, Dharmendra got emotional and happy after seeing his sons – Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol – gelling well with stepsisters Esha and Ahana.

Dharmendra had even shared a picture of the siblings that reflected the pure bond between them. In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Esha Deol had opened up about it. She spoke about her bond with Sunny Deol. Esha Deol said, “We have always been a very private family with certain dynamics and respect. We like it and keep it that way. Even now, it continues that way. Many people wanted to watch Gadar 2. My friends and family members were calling me, and I personally wanted to watch the film. So, I kept the screening for them.”

So, I organised. That picture and video are very organic. It happened very organically. The overall reaction from the public was very emotional. I was very touched by that. I share a wonderful relationship with Sunny Bhaiya, and I have a lot of respect for him,” Esha Deol added. Coming back to Dharmendra, the actor was a legend who worked in more than 300 films in his 65-year-long career. His last film, Ikkis, will be released on December 25, 2025.
