Cocktail 2: Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Rashmika Mandanna Film's Delhi Schedule Postponed After Red Fort Blast

report, Cocktail 2’s Delhi schedule has been postponed due to the recent Red Fort blast and tightened security in the city. It was supposed to begin today (November 12), and a new schedule is yet to be charted.

Cocktail 2 Delhi schedule postponed

A source close to Cocktail 2 informed Hindustan Times, “Shahid along with Kriti and Rashmika were supposed to come to shoot in Delhi from November 12. According to the source, the Delhi schedule was postponed for various reasons. “Well, the air pollution crisis is one of the reasons. And then the heightened tension after the Delhi blast has also led to the decision. The team had also planned a schedule in the Old Delhi area… So, there are multiple reasons that have added to the reason behind the decision. That being said, the Delhi schedule is not cancelled but just pushed. The makers are now planning to do the shoot in December, if all goes well,” the source added. While Rashmika returned to Hyderabad to resume post-release promotions of her critically acclaimed Telugu film, The Girlfriend, Kriti was back in Mumbai to begin the promotions for Tere Ishk Mein co-starring Dhanush.

Cocktail 2 is the spiritual sequel to Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty’s 2012 film. Shahid and Kriti are reuniting after Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. It is Rashmika’s first film with them. The release date of Cocktail 2 is yet to be announced.
