Ahan Shetty reveals advice father Suniel Shetty gave him
At the event, Ahan Shetty explained, "Papa told me to be honest, enjoy the process and not compare the film to the iconic Border. Just be yourself, don’t think too much about what people say, and don’t compare it to Border 1. That was the most important. Obviously, physicality‑wise I had to change a bit. But again, like Papa said, just be honest… go out there, enjoy yourself.”

Ahan Shetty talks about first day of film's shoot
On being asked about his experience, he mentioned, "First of all working with Varun (Dhawan) and Sunny (Deol) sir, the absolute legend, who did Border 1 with my father (Suniel Shetty). I am also carrying that legacy forward. There is a certain kind of pressure
lekin kehte hai na 'Baap baap hota hai'. If I can be even 10 per cent of what my father was in that film, I think I will be able to do the character justice. First one or two days, I was petrified. My hands were shaking. Having been away from the screen since Tadap in 2021, it was a long gap. To be on set with Varun (Dhawan) and Sunny sir (Deol). To learn from them, to have the support of the producers and a director like Anurag sir… it was a blessing in disguise.”
