Sweeney and Scooter Braun's love is blooming! The couple were spotted embracing love in New York City. According to the reports the Christy star and record executive were “casually” dating.

After the duo were seen holding hands during a night out in Los Angeles, a source told PEOPLE that Sweeney and Braun “have a lot in common and neither one of them cares what others think.”The Euphoria star’s friends and family are “really happy about this relationship,” the source added, saying, “it’s such a relief to see her genuinely happy.”

Mutual Admiration

According to insiders, Braun’s close circle is equally pleased about his new romance. “They say it's been a long time since they've seen him this settled in a relationship, and they can tell how much he admires her,” the source revealed. “He thinks she's smart, kind, and fun, and she appreciates how he really sees her for who she is beyond all the noise.”

When a source first revealed to PEOPLE that Sweeney and Braun were “casually hooking up,” they mentioned the two were guests at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s June wedding in Italy. At the event, Braun “caught her attention and made her feel like his intentions were real,” the source noted.

Sweeney split from her longtime fiancé, Jonathan Davino, earlier this year. Braun was previously married to Yael Cohen from 2014 until their separation in 2021 and divorce in 2022.
