Homebound Actor Vishal Jethwa Says 'Shah Rukh Khan Is Not Superstar' BUT...

Vishal Jethwa is currently on cloud nine after his film, Homebound, has been praised by superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Let us tell you, Homebound received a lot of appreciation at various international film festivals.

The film was released in theatres in September 2025 and got a lot of love from the masses. Now, Shah Rukh Khan has shared her views on it, and it has left the makers and actor Vishal Jethwa ecstatic.

Vishal Jethwa shared a screenshot of Shah Rukh Khan’s X post on Homebound where he showered praise on his critically acclaimed film. Homebound has been directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, and it also features Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor in pivotal roles. Reacting to Shah Rukh Khan’s tweet, Vishal Jethwa recalled his first-ever meeting with Shah Rukh Khan and revealed how he was left speechless after seeing him for the first time.

Vishal Jethwa wrote, “At the airport lounge, while waiting to board my flight, Neeraj sir messaged me, “Come to the other side of the lobby. SHAH RUKH SIR IS HERE.” Till now, I had only heard from everyone about the beautiful aura Shah Rukh sir carries, but seeing our King Khan for the first time completely mesmerized me. I went crazy in my mind but of course, I couldn’t say anything in front of him🤭. Vishal Jethwa also mentioned that King Khan is not a superstar but just a Shah Rukh Khan.
