Two years later, she made her full-fledged debut as a lead actress in Kiss as Nandini. While she worked as an actress, Sreeleela focused on studies as well. After six years, the actress has finally graduated from DY Patil University in Mumbai. Photos and videos of the Parasakthi actress receiving her MBBS degree have gone viral on social media. The visuals are from the convocation ceremony that was held on February 10. Sreeleela is now a doctor by profession too.

Another video shows the actress waiting for her turn on stage after her name is called out. After getting off the stage, Sreeleela can be seen hugging her family. One more video shows her beaming with joy at the convocation ceremony.

After the video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), netizens congratulated the actress on becoming a doctor. A social media user wrote, "Diva! I can’t possibly imagine how did she managed both. And before some gawar comes and tells me it’s from private medical college, doofus one should know even doing medicine from private uni is equally difficult and demanding."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Sreeleela was last seen in the Tamil film, Parasakthi. She essayed the character of Ratnamala in Sudha Kongara's movie. Co-starring Ravi Mohan and Sivakarthikeyan, the political drama was theatrically released on January 10.Next up, the actress will be seen in Anurag Basu's untitled next. The romantic musical, co-starring Kartik Aaryan is likely to be released in cinemas this year. However, the makers are yet announced the film's official release date. Apart from that, Sreeleela has Ustaad Bhagat Singh lined up in the pipeline. She will be seen as Meera in the Harish Shankar directorial. Featuring Pawan Kalyan in the lead role, the action comedy film is set to arrive in theatres on March 26. The film, produced by Mythri Movie Makers, is reportedly made on a budget of Rs 100 crore.
