Productions, led by Mr Venkat K Narayana and Thespian Films headed by Mrs Shailaja Desai Fenn, recently announced the much-awaited Balan The Boy, creating strong early buzz. The film brings together two of Malayalam cinema’s most exciting creative voices, director Chidambaram (Manjummel Boys) and writer Jithu Madhavan (Aavesham). Building on this momentum, the team is now set to present the film at Marché du Film at Cannes Film Festival with a market screening scheduled for 14th May, introducing the project to the global film community.
