Speaking of which, the Bollywood actor shared that Arsenal was not a family he was born into, rather the family he chose for himself. He further shared that he was really mesmerised watching Arsene Wenger play a beautiful game in its 'exquisite form'. Ranveer added that at the age of 16, he chose the club, but then times changed. A redemption arc for the age." The actor further stated that it's more than the game, calling it a 'life lesson'. He feels it is essential to keep believing in yourself, trust the process and maintain purity in intent.
The Bollywood actor went on to add, "What a magnificent triumph by Super Mik's young. Gunners. An unforgettable chapter in sports history. Long live The Arsenal."
