joining BTS on stage for their ARIRANG World Tour concert in Stanford, California, Suga secretly took on another challenge, a 12K marathon in San Francisco. The rapper completed the run on May 17, leaving ARMYs stunned by his dedication during an already packed tour schedule. Now, Suga has shared an adorable vlog documenting the experience, from confidently starting the race to regretting every uphill road along the way. His brutally honest narration instantly went viral among ARMYs, while fellow BTS members RM, Jimin, J-Hope, and Jungkook flooded the comments section with funny and adorable reactions.

Suga took to his Instagram account and shared a vlog capturing his running routine. The vlog follows his journey from confidence to complete regret in the most entertaining way possible. It begins with him casually preparing for the run, applying sunscreen and confidently announcing, “I’m gonna run!” However, the mood quickly changes once the endless uphill roads appear. As the race progresses, Suga hilariously narrates his suffering, repeatedly questioning his life choices while insisting that he really did his best, adding, "I keep running.But the uphill just won’t end!!!But I keep running anyway."
One of the funniest moments arrives near the end of the vlog when Suga reflects on the experience and says that his past self simply “shouldn’t have done that.” ARMYs quickly described the video as a perfect representation of the five stages of regret, with many praising how honest and unintentionally comedic the idol was throughout the marathon.The vlog became even more entertaining after BTS members flooded the comments section with playful reactions. About Suga's 12K marathon
Suga entered the Bay to Breakers race under his real name, Min Yoongi, and woke up at 6 a.m. to take part in the annual marathon before BTS’ Stanford concert. According to official race records, the 33-year-old completed the 7.45-mile course in 1:04:43, averaging an impressive pace of 8:41 minutes per mile. Jimin further revealed that Suga woke up early specifically to participate in the marathon and admitted the members became worried after seeing his swollen calves before the encore stage.
