When the Amar Singh Chamkila star explained the meaning, Fallon also wanted to know the significance of ‘Punjabi Aa Gaye Oye’. When Diljit said it, a loud cheer erupted in the room.

The episode also featured him and Jimmy engaging in a glove swap. Fallon presented Diljit with a specially customised glove adorned with The Tonight Show's iconic logo. The Tonight Show, Diljit was seen dancing to his song while teaching Bhangra to Jimmy. They teased the episode by sharing the behind-the-scenes video on Instagram. This time, Diljit ditched his traditional outfit for an all-black semi-formal outfit. During his performance, he was dressed in his signature style.
