'Nani' Suzanne Turquotte Visits Grandson, New Parents Katrina Kaif And Vicky Kaushal In Hospital

Kaif gave birth to her first child with Vicky Kaushal on November 7. The star couple welcomed a baby boy into the world at a hospital in Mumbai. Congratulatory messages have been pouring in for the new parents in town. A day after the child’s birth, Katrina’s mother, Suzanne Turquotte, visited the hospital.

Suzanne, who lives in London with the rest of the family, reached the hospital to meet Katrina and Vicky. She was spotted returning home in her car after meeting her grandson.

Vicky’s father Sham Kaushal penned a note on social media that read, "Shukriya Rab da...(folded hands emojis) Kal se Bhagwan ka mere parivar pe itne meherban rehne ke liye, jitna bhi shukar kar raha hoon, unki blessings ke samne kam pad raha hai. God is & has been so kind. Bhagwan ki meherbani aise hi mere bachon pe aur sabse junior Kaushal pe bani rahe. Hum sab bahut khush hain aur bahut blessed feel kar rahe hain. (Thank you, God...(folded hands emojis) for being so kind to my family. No matter how much I thank him, it feels insufficient compared to all his blessings. God is and has been so kind. May God's grace continue to remain on my children and the youngest Kaushal. We are all very happy and feel very blessed.) (sic)."He concluded his post with, "So so happy on becoming Dada. On Friday, Katrina and Vicky announced the news of their child’s birth. They wrote in a note, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November, 2025. Katrina & Vicky (sic).”

Katrina, who was raised by a single mother, spoke about having children in a previous interview with Filmfare. She said, “Not having a father figure does create a certain vacuum and makes any girl feel vulnerable. When I have kids, I want them to have the experience of being with both parents.”She added, “Each time I’ve gone through something emotionally hard, I was compelled to reflect that it must be nice for those who have a strong fatherly support from a male figure, who loves you unconditionally.”After dating for a couple of years, Katrina and Vicky tied the knot in Rajasthan on December 9, 2021. It was a traditional Hindu ceremony attended by both families and close friends.
