and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan who was busy with his political commitments, has now signed a new film. The actor whose last film was rumoured to be Ustaad Bhagat Singh, has surprised fans with his latest move. This news comes during the ongoing reports about potential collaborations, the actor has now put an end to it by officially announcing his next film.
Pawan Kalyan Announces His Next With Surender Reddy
Pawan Kalyan’s new project was announced on New Year’s Eve, with director Surender Reddy confirmed to direct the film. Announcing the project on X, producer Ram Talluri wrote, “With folded hands and a full heart. My dream begins as Production No.1 under #JaithraRamaMovies. Named with love and blessings by our beloved Power Star (PSPK). Teaming up with Surender Reddy and Vakkantham Vamsi. Forever grateful. Forever proud. This dream project is loading.”
The project brings together Pawan Kalyan and director Surender Reddy for the first time. Writer Vakkantham Vamsi is the script writer. Surender Reddy last collaborated with
Vakkantham Vamsi on Agent (2023), which didn't make an impact at the box office. The trio had initially planned to collaborate in 2021, however, the project was shelved for various reasons. After several years, the team has revived the project. More details regarding the film’s cast, technical crew and shooting schedule are yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan will soon be seen in
Ustaad Bhagat Singh. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film stars Power Star as an IPS officer. This will be their second collaboration after their successful hit
Gabbar Singh, which was released in 2012. The film also includes Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna in key roles.
