Alpha: Bobby Deol Admits To Being Amazed By Alia Bhatt - 'She Hasn't Done This Kind Of Action Before'

is all set for an action-packed film with two female leads. Alia Bhatt and Sharvari’s Alpha is preparing itself for the theatrical run in July this year. Another prominent actor in the spy-thriller is Bobby Deol. The much-awaited YRF Spy Universe film, Alpha, will feature Bobby in a key role. Talking about his shoot days with Alia, the actor shared instances of her hard work and passion. Centred around the female leads, the film is expected to make a significant move in the Indian cinema.

Alia Bhatt’s Sincerity

Alpha marks the first film of Bobby Deol with Alia Bhatt. Sharing his excitement for the film, he revealed being in awe after watching Alia working with such dedication and zeal. The actress committed herself to performing physically rigorous action scenes that she had never explored before. This intense yet professional attitude really impressed Bobby. "Alia is one of the most hardworking and sincere actors I’ve worked with," he remarked.

Further, he spoke about how Alia prepared herself for every scene. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress had never performed such demanding action scenes in her career, but she was well aware of what was to be done. “I could see she was giving her all because action is hard to pull off, and she went for it,” the former concluded.

Bobby Deol On His Alpha Experience

Bobby Deol also revealed how working with Alia Bhatt for Alpha makes his wish come true, as he always wanted to share the screen with Ranbir and Alia. "With Ranbir, I did Animal, and now with Alia, I have now done Alpha," he said, calling the experience simply the best. The Bandar actor liked the film because it's refreshing and at the same time presents a new concept for Indian theatres.

Bobby also applauded Aditya Chopra for the scale of production and director Shiv Rawail for delivering a dark and gritty film with such clear vision. Bobby recalls how the scenes, envisaged to be raw and real, made it tough for both him and Alia, but still he is glad to have done the film. “Everyone should sit back, relax, and hopefully enjoy thoroughly,” he concluded.
