Actor Sonu Sood has reacted to the accident in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district, where 10 Indian Army soldiers died when a military vehicle fell into a deep gorge. Sonu Sood wrote took to social media
and extended condolences to the families of the Army Soldiers who died in the mishap and also extended his prayers. As per a report in PTI, the accident occured on the Bhaderwah–Chamba interstate road at Khanni Top when a bulletproof Army vehicle carrying 17 people lost control while going to a high-altitude post and fell almost 200 feet into a gorge.

Earlier today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also extended condolences to the families of the jawans who lost their lives. He posted on X,"Deeply anguished by the mishap in Doda, in which we have lost our brave army personnel. Their service to the nation will be remembered forever. May the injured recover at the earliest. All possible support is being provided to those affected."
Lt Governor of Jammu and Kashmir extends condolences to families of victims
Manoj Sinha, the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, confirmed the deaths and sent his condolences to the families of the victims. He said the event was very sad and that the country would always remember the brave service and ultimate sacrifice of the soldiers who died. He also said that the injured people have been flown to hospitals and that senior officials have been told to make sure they get the best medical care possible. People have been praying for the injured to get better quickly.
The Army and police worked together right away to rescue people. Four soldiers were dead at the scene, and nine others were rescued with injuries. Three soldiers who were seriously hurt were flown to the Udhampur military hospital for specialised care.
