The global phenomenon appeared on theMexico National Palace balcony alongside President Claudia Sheinbaum, ahead of their three-night sold-out ARIRANG world tour at Estadio GNP Seguros. Notably, their concerts sold over 135,000 tickets. Now, V (Kim Taehyung) has shared a collection of unseen photos on Instagram, including moments from their Palace visit, his hair colour session, formal outfits, and behind-the-scenes fun, giving ARMYs a closer look at their memorable Mexico trip.

ARIRANG World Tour, where they were officially welcomed by Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo. The post features the iconic monumental stairway mural at the National Palace. His post also features him, RM, Jin, J-hope, and Jungkook taking a mirror selfie. In one of the mirror selfies, the president can also be seen smiling and posing with V and
Jungkook. His post then gives ARMYs a glimpse of his Oreo hair colour session and showcases his charm in formal outfits that instantly went viral. The singer also explored an art gallery, sharing photos from his visit, giving fans an exclusive peek into his stylish and cultural moments. Sharing the pictures, he captioned it, "Sin cilantro, please," means 'no cilantro (coriander) please.'

50,000 BTS ARMYs gathered at Mexico City’s Zócalo, not for a concert, but to see RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook wave from the National Palace balcony alongside President Claudia Sheinbaum. The square turned into a sea of fans, a stunning testament to BTS’ global impact, as part of their Mexico leg of the
ARIRANG World Tour.
The crowd swelled just hours after President Sheinbaum announced the balcony greeting, praising BTS for spreading "messages of friendship, peace, and love." She called their Mexico City visit a "historic moment" and said the nation eagerly awaited their comeback. BTS spent nearly five minutes on the balcony, smiling, waving, and recording ARMYs with their cameras, while also sharing the moments on Instagram. They addressed ARMYs in both Spanish and English.
RM said, "I love you, I adore you. Thank you very much! We can't wait for tomorrow's concert on stage. Let's have fun together! Te amo. Te quiero, Muchas gracias." On the other hand, V read his Spanish message from phone, "Hello. I don't speak Spanish very well, but I will try. I've missed you. We've missed Mexico so much." He also added that the energy in the city is incredible and thanked ARMYs for loving them so much.Meanwhile, BTS has already performed one show at Mexico City’s Estadio GNP Seguros, with the remaining dates scheduled for May 9 and 10, 2026.
