Mehta, who has recently featured in a web series, Space Gen: Chandrayaan, had an exclusive conversation with Zoom, where he opened up about his comparison with Hrithik Roshan. Instead of being proud, the actor feels embarrassed to be compared with the Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai star. Nakuul has his own reasons, and while interacting with us, he explained why he feels embarrassed about the comparison. The TV actor also stated that he wouldn’t like Hrithik to know about him and their comparison, as he feels the actor is ‘untouchable’. Moreover, Nakuul Mehta showered praise on Ranbir Kapoor and called him a ‘monster’ performer.

Nakuul Mehta Talks About Comparison With Hrithik Roshan

During a candid chat with us, Nakuul Mehta mentioned that Hrithik Roshan is a ‘Greek god’ and he feels embarrassed to be compared with him. For the unversed, many netizens find similarities between Nakuul and Hrithik in terms of their looks, eyes, style and so on. While reacting about the same, the Bade Achhe Lagte Hain actor said, “I used to feel embarrassed about it, because that man (Hrithik Roshan) is a Greek god. There is no comparison. I just wanted this interview not to be seen by him or shown on his feed. It is literally very embarrassing for anyone who communicates like that. As you grow in the career, things change. Ishqbaaaz cemented my place as an actor. I won every Best Actor award while doing that show. That gives you enough confidence. No one will look like him. Hrithik is something else. There is no comparison.”

Mehta also confessed that the Krrish actor is ‘untouchable’ and feels he is too small to be compared to the legend. The actor further said, “He is far more senior. The fun fact is I ended up dubbing for him for Fighter. I did a voice in English. I also did Ranbir for Animal. I don't sound like Ranbir, but that's my job as an actor. Maybe some texture is similar to Hrithik, but I find it very embarrassing. I hope it never reaches him. He is an untouchable man.”

Nakuul Mehta Praises Ranbir Kapoor

Nakuul Mehta has also dubbed for Ranbir Kapoor in the English version of Animal. The actor showered praise on RK and said that he lost his voice while dubbing for the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed film. While speaking about the same, the Ishqbaaaz star said, “While dubbing for Animal, I lost my voice multiple times. I grew out my beard just to feel scruffy. I used to get myself to feel the guy he was. While dubbing for Ranbir's character in Animal, I realised what a monster of an actor he is.” It has to be noted that Nakuul has dubbed for many films, such as Fighter, Animal, Free Guy and so on.
