Netizens react to Akshaye Khanna's rumoured exit from Drishyam 3

An X (formerly Twitter) page named Bollywood Machine has reported that Akshaye has stepped away from Drishyam 3 over creative and monetary differences. That said, the makers are reportedly still negotiating. And an official confirmation from them is awaited.Reacting to this speculation on Reddit, a user wrote, "Idk how much we can believe on this report because Akshaye and Ajay have been co-stars & possibly friends for a long time now but if it's true then good decision. I mean obviously the makers will milk his popularity post-Dhurandhar. So you gotta pay the guy his appropriate dues for the same."

Another user added, "Good for him! If faltu actors can charge 30-40 crores, he deserves whatever he is asking which wouldn’t be ALOT considering he is pretty nonchalant."

One more user mentioned, "The only reason why this makes me sad is that.........I want to see more and more of Akshaye onscreen, even if I am not that big a fan of Drishyam.
