South star Ram Charan and legendary composer AR Rahman attended Peddi's grand music launch event, held at Dussehra Maidan in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, on Saturday. Janhvi Kapoor and other members of the sports drama team were also present there. During a fun interaction, the RRR star was asked to describe famous cricketers in just a few words. For Sachin Tendulkar, he said, "Long legendary run," while he called MS Dhoni "calm and cool." Speaking about Rohit Sharma, Ram Charan said, "He's everybody's man" For Virat Kohli, he simply went, "Fire." When asked about Jasprit Bumrah, he called himself his biggest fan. In a goof-up, he added that he loves football and admires how Bumrah has taken it forward. The video quickly went viral on social media.
Ram Charan Apologises To Jasprit Bumrah
Hours after the event, he took to social media to offer an apology. He wrote: "Uff… I’m genuinely so forgetful with names sometimes. Apologies to @Jaspritbumrah93 Ji for the mix-up - it was a genuine human error in the middle of all the excitement and the crowd." He said that he truly respected him and was a huge fan of his game. Ram Charan added that he made every Indian feel proud by consistently putting batsmen on the back foot.
