One Piece Season 2 Trailer: All You Need To Know About Monkey D Luffy And The Straw Hat Pirates' Adventure

Fans of Netflix's newest breakthrough hit One Piece can breathe easy as the makers have unveiled official trailer of the series. The creator of the ongoing Japanese series, Eiichiro Oda, earlier revealed the show will renew for a season 2 in a quirky but funny manner. In a new clip released by Netflix, Oda asked fans to be patient while they worked on season 2 and dropped a hint about who might join the Straw Pirates for a new round of adventures. The new One Piece season two trailer perfectly captures too many different parts of the manga and anime to count. We see the Baroque Works villains, an incredibly point-perfect Chopper, Laboon the whale looking amazing, Little Island adventures, Reverse Mountain acrobatics, and more.

One Piece Season 2 Trailer OUT

A few weeks ago, Netflix turned our attention to Baroque Works in a trailer, and now they have released yet another trailer for live-action One Piece Season 2 today. The wait for the One Piece live-action Season 2 is almost over as it premieres next month on March 10th. The latest trailer unpacks the different locations the Straw Hat Pirates will be visiting, along with plenty of new characters we will meet along the way in One Piece Season 2. All the signs highlight the live-action One Piece Season 2 as a grander adventure than we witnessed in the debut season.

Monkey D Luffy (Iñaki Godoy), the captain of the Straw Hats, finds out that there's a big bounty out for his head after he defeats the Arlong Pirates. Remaining faithful to the anime series despite the change in mediums, the live-action show has managed to win over fans both old and new. A few reviews have also pointed out that the series manages to break the live-action curse that has plagued most TV adaptations.

More About One Piece Season 2

The show stars Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. Cast also includes Vincent Regan, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Morgan Davies, Aidan Scott, Langley Kirkwood, Jeff Ward, Celeste Loots, Alexander Maniatis, McKinley Belcher III, Craig Fairbrass, Steven Ward, and Chioma Umeala.

The eight-episode second series is created in partnership with Shueisha and is produced by Tomorrow Studios. Matt Owens and Joe Tracz are the co-showrunners, writers, and executive producers for One Piece Season 2. Owens departs after the upcoming season, as Tracz will join hands with Ian Stokes for Season 3, which has been in production since November 2025.
