Dhurandhar: Ranveer Singh Film Gets 12.45 AM, 3.00 AM, 4.10 AM And More Shows In Mumbai Due to High Demand

The demand for Dhurandhar in metro cities like Mumbai and Pune prompted the makers to add extra shows in theatres. Despite having a runtime that misses the 4-hour mark by a couple of minutes, the audience

has shown interest in watching it even past midnight. Listening to their demands, the makers of Dhurandhar added multiple shows in Mumbai and Pune that will keep theatres running round the clock.

Dhurandhar gets additional shows post-midnight

According to Taran Adarsh, Dhurandhar will be screened in theatres across Mumbai round the clock. Besides morning and evening shows, the new timings for additional shows are 12.45 AM, 12.50 AM, 1.25 AM, 2.10 AM, 2.30 AM, 3.00 AM, 3.30 AM, 3.35 AM, 4.05 AM and 4.10 AM. In Pune, a 12.20 AM show has been added. His tweet read, “#BreakingNews... #Dhurandhar goes round the clock... Midnight shows – commencing from 12.45 am onwards – have begun in #Mumbai. In #Pune too, shows are commencing from 12.20 am onwards, underlining the film's unstoppable demand.”

Yami Gautam shares special note

Earlier on Saturday, Yami Gautam, shared a note penned by an airline staff for her husband, Aditya Dhar, the director of Dhurandhar. It read, “To Mr. Dhar, Dhurandhar is a wonderful movie. Thank you so much for making such an amazing movie. Eagerly waiting for Part 2!!!”

Dhurandhar misses Gulf release

While Dhurandhar is a success story in India and other overseas markets, it hasn’t released in six Gulf countries, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Reportedly, Gulf authorities felt the storyline and characterisation could be perceived as offensive considering their close ties with Pakistan. Though the producers tried to secure a release in Gulf countries, the censor authorities refused to clear the film.
