Even after Dhurandhar 2's blockbuster success, the buzz around this spy thriller refuses to slow down. To keep the momentum alive, the makers of Ranveer's spy thriller are apparently planning to release the 'making' of Dhurandhar. According to a media report, Dhurandhar's making will have a full-fledged theatrical release, followed by its OTT premiere. The report further suggests that it might release in the last quarter of 2026.

Making of Dhurandhar to release in theatres?

Aditya Dhar and Ranveer Singh have reportedly taken bold decision to release making of Dhurandhar in theatres. A source told Hindustan Times that the craze for Dhurandhar led makers to arrive on decision of turning making of the film into a cinematic spectacle. The report further mentions that the BTS footages and star cast interviews will be collated into a full-feature length movie. It is likely to first release in theatres and then arrive on a streaming platform.

As of today, Dhurandhar is streaming on Netflix and Dhurandhar 2 will premiere on JioHotstar. The report also suggests that Ranveer, Arjun Rampal and Aditya haven't done media interactions yet because their first interviews might feature in the BTS footages, which will eventually arrive in theatres. "It is a first for any Indian film, and the makers are ensuring that no BTS footage goes out on social media before the release of the film," the source shared.Meanwhile, director Aditya Dhar has been busy expressing gratitude to the entire crew of Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar The Revenge. The filmmaker has shared some BTS photos from sets; however he has refrained from posting any videos on his social media handle.

Who plays what in Dhurandhar 2?

Talking about Dhurandhar 2, the film features Ranveer as Hamza Ali Mazari/ Jaskirat Singh Rangi. On the other hand, Rakesh Bedi reprises his character of Jameel Jamali while Arjun Rampal and R Madhavan return as Major Iqbal and Ajay Sanyal. Sara Arjun is seen as Yalina Jamali and Sanjay Dutt is SP Chaudhary Aslam.
