Delhi Red Fort Car Blast: Allu Arjun Expresses Condolence, Wishes For Peace

Actor Allu Arjun has expressed condolences after at least eight people were killed and many were injured in the high-intensity explosion outside the Red Fort in Delhi. Taking to his social media platform,

the actor also wished for peace to prevail.

On his X platform, Allu Arjun posted "Deeply saddened by the tragic incident near Delhi's Red Fort. My heartfelt prayers are with the victims and their families, and I wish for peace to prevail once again."

Earlier, Thalapathy Vijay posted "Deeply shocked and saddened by the news of car explosion near Red Fort Metro, Delhi that has claimed precious lives. My heartfelt condolences to the families who lost their loved ones. Wishing speedy recovery to all those injured."Union Home Minister Amit Shah tweeted, “Pained beyond words by the loss of lives in a blast in Delhi. My deepest condolences to those who have lost their loved ones. Have visited the blast site and also met the injured in the hospital. My prayers for their quick recovery. Top agencies are investigating the incident with full intensity, and will go in-depth into the incident.”

The explosion took place near the Red Fort crossing at 6.52 pm on 10 November. Several vehicles around the moving vehicle caught fire and sustained significant damage, officials reported.The Delhi Police have registered a case in connection with the blast under various Sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), the Explosives Act, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. As per ANI, the Delhi Police have got the CCTV footage showing the suspect's car entering and exiting the parking area.
