The couple’s journey began decades ago at the home of Shabana’s father, celebrated poet Kaifi Azmi. That's where she and Javed first crossed paths. At the time, Javed was still married to Honey Irani and was already a father to Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar. Over the years, Shabana and Javed built a life together grounded in companionship, respect, and creativity.Although Shabana’s family was against the alliance, the couple tied the knot in 1984. After so many years of being together, Shabana is also believed to share a cordial relationship with her stepkids, Farhan and Zoya.As Shabana celebrated her 75th birthday on September 18th, Farhan took to his social media handle and wished her on her special day. He dropped a sweet picture of the two on his IG, along with a birthday wish that read, “Happy belated birthday, Shabana...
