Bhrashtachar gave me my first role, my first lesson, and my first family in cinema.” Shilpa made her debut portraying a blind girl, a role that demanded emotional intensity and nuance from the outset. The film also placed her alongside some of the biggest names in Indian cinema, Rajinikanth, Rekha, Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, and Abhinav Chaturvedi—an experience she described as both a tremendous responsibility and a valuable challenge for a newcomer.In her emotional tribute, she continued, “This film came to me at the right time with the right people, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
